ABOUT US
Phoenix Dance & Gymnastics was founded in 2016 by Head Coach Laura James and is the home of International medal wining Gymnasts.
Phoenix is a British and Welsh Gymnastics registered club based in Cwmbach, Aberdare in the heart of the South Wales Valleys. We run fun gymnastics classes for all ages and your child will enjoy exercising and keeping fit through gym, dance and games.
Classes are run by Laura Emma James a Qualified Teacher, Level 2 Gymnastics Coach, Level 2 Diving instructor and member of the Associated Board of Dance.
Laura is also the Lead Coach for the Welsh Home Nation and Development Teams and is a familiar face to gymnasts across Wales due to her work over zoom for Welsh Gymnastics.
